Lisa France

Lisa joined Brock T. Quinn State Farm in October 2020. She is originally from a suburb north of Chicago, but her parents moved the family to Phoenix in 1980, where her father’s motto was “you never have to shovel sunshine!” She grew up in Phoenix during the era of MetroCenter and orange groves, learning from an early age the value of dedication and loyalty.
Lisa spent 16 years as a contracts professional in the aerospace industry before deciding it was time for a change. Her search for a more fulfilling position led her to the Brock T. Quinn State Farm Agency, where she joined a team proud of its outstanding customer service. Here, she helps customers protect their loved ones with essential coverage like life, home, and auto insurance. Lisa is the proud mother of two wonderful children, and loves to spend her free time reading, traveling with her husband, or playing cards with family and friends.

Bryan joined Brock T. Quinn State Farm in Scottsdale in November 2023 as a Licensed Representative. He is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, home of the famous Gateway Arch. He took the first opportunity to move to Arizona after graduation in 2012 and never looked back, with his three brothers, three sisters, Mom, and Dad all moving to Arizona as well.
Bryan spent eight years working for a local auto dealership as the top-ranked finance manager in Arizona. Bryan realized a better way to assist customers with their auto, home, and life insurance, and financial needs was right here with the great team at Brock T. Quinn State Farm. Once in Arizona, he found a variety of new hobbies to enjoy, including hiking, camping, dirt bike riding, snowboarding, and his favorite of all, golf.

Seth joined Brock T. Quinn’s State Farm Agency in Scottsdale in November 2021 as an Account Manager. Seth has been with State Farm since 2017, where he started in the Customer Care Support Center. He was in this role for three years before transitioning to working for a State Farm agency at a local level. Since then, he has gained valuable insurance experience that he is always excited to share with customers, ensuring quality service and positive interactions in Scottsdale.
He has a passion for assisting customers with their insurance and financial needs across auto, home, life, loss of income, and rental property. Outside of work, Seth is originally from Canada and moved to Arizona with his family as a young child. Currently, Seth lives in Scottsdale where he enjoys biking around Old Town, hiking Camelback Mountain, and spending time with family and friends.

Joseph joined Brock T. Quinn State Farm in Scottsdale in April of 2024 as a Licensed Representative. He is originally from Long Island, New York. He grew up in the family custom furniture business, serving as general manager of business development and logistics.
In March 2006, he exited the business and moved to San Diego, California, where he used his logistics experience as the Exam Coordinator at California Western School of Law. Helping students reach their full potential on their journey to becoming attorneys was very fulfilling for him. There he met his beautiful wife and started a family, and upon the birth of their second child, they moved to Scottsdale, Arizona.
His passion for helping people continued as he pivoted to the loan industry, starting as a Processor and moving up to a very successful Loan Originator. Shortly after the pandemic ended, he obtained his insurance licenses because he wanted to be able to protect many affected people struggling to make ends meet by providing income and life protection. In his free time, Joseph loves taking a huge part in his 11-year-old son’s journey through Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu, where he competes nationally.

Korie joined Brock T. Quinn State Farm in Scottsdale in January of 2025 as a Licensed Representative. Originally from Cave Creek, Arizona, she attended Northern Arizona University before transferring to Arizona State University, where she received her BA in Communications in 2019.
Korie gained customer service experience working in the service industry at award-winning, family-run restaurants in downtown Phoenix during her school days. She left the nightlife behind to begin her path at State Farm, first as a licensed adjuster in claims and then progressing to the Estimatics department before finding Brock T. Quinn State Farm.
As a passionate student and learner, she enjoys educating others on the ins and outs of auto, home, and life insurance and how to properly protect their loved ones and property. Outside of helping customers with their insurance and financial needs at Brock T. Quinn State Farm in Scottsdale, Korie is a dog lover. She spends much of her time hiking, paddle boarding, and exploring Arizona with her beloved hound dog, Junebug.
